30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom embroidery designs are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any items that have been personalized or customized to your specifications. We encourage you to double-check all custom orders before finalizing your purchase.
Return Process

Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you will be sent a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Refunds: After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
